Ward & Emler Surveying, Inc. is a company that is committed to providing professional, timely and accurate surveying services to our clients at a reasonable cost. We routinely work with private individuals, manufacturers, utility companies, attorneys, real estate personnel, lenders, title companies, auctioneers, engineers, architects, timber cutters and construction contractors. We pride ourselves on having a Licensed Professional Surveyor in the field on all projects to insure the quality of our work and avoiding costly mistakes.
In August, 1991, Sam Ward started into business as a two man operation known as Ward Surveying. In August 1996, Randy Emler joined the staff and the business was renamed Ward & Emler Surveying, Inc. in July, 2000. Today, there are four Licensed Professional Surveyors on staff with over 100 years of combined experience. During our time in business we have done thousands of boundary surveys and mortgage location surveys as well as many large topographic surveys for schools, churches and sewer projects.
Our office is located in New Philadelphia, Ohio and most of our work is done in Tuscarawas County. We also routinely work in Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Licking, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Stark Counties as well as other areas throughout Ohio.
